The people of Gilan province make pickled leek stew with special aromatic vegetables and pour orange juice and water into it. Garlic
Garlic roe is another Gilani stew that is cooked from the main composition of garlic leaves, eggs, cobs, chicken or duck meat and a little water. After roasting with water, the meat is flavored and cooked together with the cob. Then the crushed garlic leaves are fried and cooked with scrambled eggs.

Anarabij
This local stew of Gilan province is very similar to Fasanjan, with the difference that instead of chicken, sheep meat is used in the form of meatballs, as well as local vegetables.
