What is an Industrial Gearbox?

Gear box or gearbox is a device consisting of a number of gears that has two functions. First, power transmission from the power source to the power consumer, second, the change in rotational speed and torque; Also, gearboxes are generally divided into two categories: speed increaser and reducer.

Reducer gearboxes are more widely used than increaser gearboxes.

They are part of machines and industrial devices. and are semi-industrial which are used to reduce or increase the output speed and torque. The motor shaft is connected to a part of the gearbox and the torque and output speed are obtained based on the gearbox conversion ratio.

Different types of gearboxes with different and unique features in different industries such as agriculture, construction and mining. and parts of electrical appliances are used.
