Fire alarm
The fire alarm system is designed to alert us to an emergency so that we can take action to protect ourselves, our employees and the public. Fire alarms are found in offices, factories and public buildings, they are a part of our daily routine, but they are often ignored until an emergency occurs and they may save our lives. Whatever the detection method is, if the alarm goes off, the sounders work to warn people in the building of a possible fire and evacuation.
How does the fire extinguishing system work?
The heart of the fire alarm system is the fire alarm control panel. A central hub for all detector signals to connect to and provide users with a status indicator. The fire alarm control panel is set up to simulate an alarm during routine fire and evacuation drills so that all staff know what to do in the event of a real fire.
