What is a roller roller?

Roll sack production is of particular importance in the packaging industry. This process begins with the selection of suitable raw materials, such as polyethylene and polypropylene. After entering the factory, raw materials undergo melting and extrusion process. This step involves passing the molten material through a mold that gives it the shape of a strip. After cooling and cutting to the required sizes, the strips are rolled. At this stage, the thickness and width of the rolls are adjusted according to the customer's needs. Then, the cut strips are transferred to the weaving machines. These machines weave the strips into a mesh and form them into large rolls. After that, the rolls are transferred to the cutting and packaging section. In this section, the rolls are cut into smaller sizes and packed. Quality control is very important at this stage. Automatic inspection machines check the rolls for possible defects and only high quality rolls enter the market. The use of advanced technologies in all stages of production guarantees the production of high quality sack rolls in accordance with the needs of customers.
