What is a sack bag?
With the advancement of technology, sack bag production has also undergone many changes. The use of advanced machinery such as circular knitting machines has significantly increased the quality and speed of production. These machines are able to produce bags with high density and durability. Also, the use of automatic quality control systems guarantees the production of bags without defects. In the production process, raw materials such as polypropylene are first introduced into extrusion machines and are converted into strips of a certain width and thickness. These strips are then transferred to weaving machines, which weave them into mesh fabrics and turn them into large bags. After this step, the bags are transferred to cutting and sewing machines. In these devices, the bags are cut to the desired sizes and their edges are sewn precisely. The use of laser cutting technology improves accuracy and speed in this step. Finally, the bags are transferred to the packaging department where the final packaging takes place. All these steps are under the supervision of automatic quality control systems that guarantee the production of high quality and long-lasting bags.
