What are drip irrigation equipment?
Drop irrigation system consists of a set of tools and equipment that form a single system. A system designed and implemented for the principled, orderly and comfortable irrigation of plants. Below we introduce a variety of drip irrigation equipment:

1- Pump (Pumping Station)
One of the most important drip irrigation supplies for very large gardens is pump or pumping station. The water is stored in the pump and at the right time, it enters the pipes and emitters. Of course, there is no need to pump for drip irrigation of small gardens and pots used in apartments. Even in lands that are slightly larger, but normal water pressure is sufficient to irrigate drip droplets, there is no need for pumps. But in large agricultural gardens, it must be provided with a pump for drip irrigation based on factors such as the area of the garden, the diameter of the pipes, the number of droplets and the slope of the land.
2- Main and sub-pipes (drip irrigation hose)
pipes play a key role in the drip system. They are responsible for delivering water to the root of the plants. Usually the main pipes are made of polyethylene and sub -pipes of polyethylene or type tape. The pipeline is a thin wall and has a simple structure. The thickness of this tape is usually 1 to 2 mm (1.2.1 mm). Thicker irrigation strips are dripping tubes and are commonly used for permanent uses such as subsurface irrigation, while thinner irrigation strips are used once and discarded after use. In total, the price of drip irrigation pipe is directly related to the material used in their construction.
1- Dropper (Darper)
Dropper is also one of the main components of the droplet irrigation system. These equipment is divided into two different types:
The same outlet water passes to reach a certain amount of water per hour. Usually they can get 2 to 5 liters of water in one hour.
▪️ Adjustable dropper They can get between 1 and 2 liters per hour of water.
Two things to consider about the dropper. First, if you use their own emitters, two drops are usually used to provide one of the other drops if one of them can supply the water needed. And secondly, the spacing of the stem from the tree or the trunk of the tree should be about 1 to 2 cm. This prevents the growth of fungi and bacteria in the plant (due to high moisture).
2- The filtration system
It is likely that after a while the activity, the sand and the embankment will block the droplets. It is precisely here that the filtering system is used, because the drip irrigation filter prevents the drop and cramps.
1- Connections
Connecting different parts of the drip irrigation system and installing them requires different fittings and valves. Drop irrigation valves are very diverse and can be used in sizes 1, 2 and 2 mm. These connections are also different in shape and are divided into different categories, such as three -way and knee (interface).

2. Smart tool
One of the benefits of drip irrigation system is the ability to integrate it. Only by adding a few pieces, such as irrigation timer, timer valves, electric controls and the like, can be irrigated anywhere in the world without being in the garden or home. There are even more advanced systems that, with the help of their sensors, measure the temperature and humidity of the environment and then decide on the need for irrigation.
