The 71 cm center of this machine enables the machining of large diameter parts without restrictions. The 3-meter length of the tool, along with high mechanical power, makes turning, internal turning, and threading operations of long industrial shafts very smooth and uniform, and eliminates the need for several different machines in the workshop.
Rigid chassis and full stability with double bed design
Using the double V-way rail system is one of the biggest advantages of this machine. The double design prevents the deviation and play of the carriage during very heavy cutting, distributes the friction in a balanced way and guarantees perfect geometric accuracy and low tolerance in the entire length of the 3 meter rail.
High power and continuous torque in the 300 type platform
Economic justification and low depreciation in continuous work
Investing on the 300 center 71 type heavy duty lathe increases the work efficiency of the workshop and minimizes the repair and maintenance costs due to the long-term durability of the parts, the abundance of spare parts and high compatibility with all types of turning tools.
