Micro ducts are actually high density polyethylene pipes called HDPE (HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE). Microducts have a tube with a large external diameter and several internal tubes with a smaller diameter inside the external tube, which the inner chamber of the central tubes provides a path for the fiber optic cable to move.
Micro ducts are used as the latest and most cost-effective solutions for transmitting optical fiber cables (AIR BLOW) in the fourth generation of telecommunication pipes. These ducts are actually high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes that have a large diameter outer pipe and several smaller diameter inner pipes inside the outer pipe.
The inner casing of these tubes acts as a path for the movement of optical fiber cables. Since these polyethylene materials are non-degradable and do not have a metal structure, they can be buried directly in the ground and create an underground channel for laying fiber optic cables.
Polyethylene is a chemical material with high flexibility, with which the production of these ducts provides high mechanical resistance against pressure, twisting, bending and impact, and also makes it easy to bend in the channel path.
These ducts are actually a series of standard side-by-side channels that contain two or more micro ducts under a cover. This product is known as a new generation of passage channels for the transmission of optical fiber cables, telecommunication cameras and network transmission, which can have different number of channels and sizes based on the needs and place of implementation, and can also be prepared in any color.
