Carpet washing using detergent items
After the carpet is completely free of any dust, the carpet will enter the second stage. In this stage, the carpet will first be wet and then special carpet detergent will be added (depending on the type and fibers of the carpet, different detergents may be used). And finally, the washing machine will move on the carpets and begin to wash the carpet. By doing this, the dark and dirty parts of the carpet will be completely cleaned. This step is about 1 to 3 for each carpet. It will take hours (the size of the carpet affects the duration of the work). It should be noted that in many cases it is better to wash the carpets in the traditional way.
Carpet Drawing
After the carpet is completely washed with detergent, we reach the stage of draining the carpet, where the whole carpet will be completely drained using water-dispersing showers so that no detergent remains inside the carpet. This operation will be done twice to ensure the cleanliness of the carpet.
Carpet dewatering
Dewatering is one of the most important parts of carpet washing because if water remains inside the carpet for a long time, it causes the carpet to rot. A special dewatering device is used to perform quick dewatering operations. The method of operation is that the carpet should be piped and placed inside the machine, and then the machine rotates and actually uses centrifugal force to remove the water inside the carpet. Then the carpet will be removed from the machine and sent to the drying stage.
Carpet drying
Carpet drying is done in such a way that the carpets will be hung with their backs facing the sun, so that they are disinfected in front of the sunlight and the smell of the trachea caused by humidity is removed from it.
Preparing and sending a carpet to the customer
The carpet will be wrapped in a nylon bag and will be handed over to the transport agents to deliver the carpet to the customer. Note that the carpet washing steps may be different in the carpet cleaners of each city, but in general, all the steps we have mentioned for you should be done. However, in some cases, manual mode may be used instead of the machine, or vice versa.
