✴️ Two -speed elevator steering wheel
Types of commonly used elevator control panels fall into two general categories: two-speed elevator control panels and inverter control panels. In the two-speed control panel, motors with two coils are used for the elevator, so these motors can work at two different speeds.
In this type of panel, since the motor is started directly, they have a high starting current and the lifespan of the motor is shorter than indirect starting using an inverter. In addition, the high starting current causes voltage fluctuations and affects other consumers.
✴️ Lift Lift Command Drive
An inverter or drive is an electronic device that converts direct current into alternating current and changes the frequency and output voltage, thus controlling the speed of the electric motor. Using an inverter saves electricity, protects electric motors and increases their lifespan. Inverters can change the motor speed from zero to several times the rated speed written on the motor nameplate. In the elevator control panel with a drive, the motor is started slowly using the drive and will not have sudden movements because the speed of the motor changes slowly with the change of torque and frequency and reduces the mechanical stress on the motor. In elevators with a drive, unlike two-speed elevators, the level of the cabin floor is accurate, and the drive sets the ideal level for stopping the elevator and is level with the floors. The motor used in this type of control panel has only one coil and is equipped with an encoder shaft to detect the position of the elevator. Installing a steering wheel with a drive is more expensive than a two-speed steering wheel, but this additional cost will be compensated due to saving electricity and increasing the life of the engine.

Elevator electrical panel
The power supply of the elevator electrical panel is a 5-core cable with a cross-sectional area of 6 mm2 and from the side of the GDB common panel, so that three phases of its phase wires enter the miniature switch and its neutral strand goes to the neutral bus and its protective conductor goes to the ground bus. The elevator panel is connected. Of course, it should be mentioned that the three-phase input cable of the elevator switchboard and the miniature switch are considered based on the consumption of the board. In practice, instead of a three-phase miniature switch, a sectional miniature switch is used. Because the fuse works faster than the miniature switch during short circuit. The output of the three-phase miniature switch feeds three parts.
It is connected to a switch 0 and 1 in the panel so that the entire elevator can be disconnected and connected without opening the door of the switchboard. The signal light input terminal is entered.
