Chelenium material is a combination of aluminum alloy with other soft metals, in fact, chelnium is a product of aluminum metal. Features of the Chelenium panel
One of the advantages of the edge of Chelenium is the dusting sponge strip, which is well designed and considered by the Chelenium manufacturer, which prevents any dust and water from entering the letters. Another advantage of chelenium is that it has very high quality and is resistant to sunlight, heat and cold, it will not change its shape and color, and it gives a special aesthetic effect to the panels. The edge of the chelnium has a protective nylon coating that will remain on the shiny part until the letters are made and installed, and prevents scratches on the chelnium and can be easily removed by the installer at the end of the work.
It is important to mention that this protective coating must be removed after installation, otherwise it will not be removed from the selenium after being exposed to sunlight for a few days.
Installation of chelenium board
First, prepare a plot in real dimensions of the text of the chelenium letters according to the original plan and install it on the desired location, then place the chelenium PVC on the plan and secure it in place with screws, after installing all the PVC The wires of the SMD lamps are transferred to the back of the work by drilling the necessary places and the steps of dividing the current are done,
It should be noted that smd lamps have positive and negative and all the positive wires must be connected together and the negative wires must be connected together. Generally, after the lighting test, the letters are placed on the PVC and connected with small screws.
