The composite view is one of the views that has attracted many fans and has countless advantages. This facade can be used in various buildings such as office buildings, commercial buildings, recreational buildings, and houses, and it gives a unique beauty to the building and the city atmosphere. If the execution of the facade with aluminum composite panels is done correctly, its durability and strength will increase, as a result, the facade will have a longer life. Aluminum composite panels were first produced in Germany and used for building facades. These panels are a combination of two layers of aluminum sheet and one layer of polyethylene material and are offered to the market in a wide range of colors according to the customers' taste. The polyethylene layer is placed in the middle of the two aluminum layers and is actually the central core.

Types of composite facades
Types of composite facades based on the type of coating
Covering composite sheets is done based on the type of application of these materials. Types of coatings for composite facades include polyester layer, Nano-PDF coating and PVDF coating.
PVDF coating
This type of coating is a type of resin that increases the resistance of composite sheets against UV rays and alkaline and acidic conditions due to the presence of fluorine element and polymer layer in it.
Nano-PDF cover
Nano-PDF coating is implemented in such a way that in addition to the PVDF coating, another layer is placed on it, which is slightly different from the PVDF layer in terms of molecular structure.
Polyester layer
This type of coating puts a layer of polyester on the aluminum sheets. One of the disadvantages of this type of coating is its lack of resistance against acid rain and adverse weather conditions, and its use on the exterior of the building is not recommended.
