Artificial wood is made from recycling and combining plastic materials, paper and wood chips. MDF or medium density fiber is a wood composite product. This product is made of wood fibers and scraps, which are impregnated with resin and bonded together under the influence of heat and pressure. HDF:
HDF is a high-density fiberboard that is made from wood or other plant fibers and has all the characteristics of MDF, which is produced by adding urea formaldehyde or other synthetic resins under appropriate heat and pressure. This product is used in the exterior and interior of buildings (home and office decoration, furniture and flooring), car interior decoration and electronic industries.
chipboard:
Chipboard is a flat board obtained from a mixture of wood chips and resin under high pressure and heat. Although this product is denser than ordinary wood, it is considered the lightest and weakest type of compact board. The surface of these plates can be uncoated or coated (glazed, melamine and wooden).

How to produce artificial wood
Artificial wood is produced in two forms, profiles and sheets. The way to produce both forms of artificial wood is in this way that at first, the raw materials are collected and mixed. In this way, recycled paper is turned into pulp, plastic waste is melted, and wood is turned into wood chips. Next, all these materials are mixed together under pressure. The only difference is in the production of profile and sheet in the next step. For the production of profiles, by extruding the resulting materials, artificial wood is produced in the form of profiles, and for the production of sheets, by pressing the resulting mixed materials, artificial wood sheets are produced.
