MDF refers to artificial wood tiles made of wood chips, glue and special chemicals. These products are lighter and cheaper than natural wood and are more efficient. MDF sheets are used in the production of various kitchen cabinet units, closets, shelves and libraries, etc. These products are produced and presented to the market in different dimensions and sizes. Usually, the construction of MDF products in Iran is completed with 3 and 16 mm thick sheets. The dimensions and sizes of these products are standard 183 x 244. 3 mil print, as its name suggests, is produced by printing the color layer on the raw MDF core. This type of sheets is currently the most used three-mil type in the country. If a high-quality brain is used to produce 3MiL prints, the final product will be of high quality. Another thing about this type of three-mil MDF boards is that these products can only be produced in simple and white colors. The devices available in the country do not have the possibility to print patterned models. Of course, currently 90% of the consumption of three milk in the country is white. And the patterned models of these products are not in great demand in the trading market. The thickness of the raw sheet used in these products is usually 2.7, which is supplied with a final size of 3 mm after adding a color layer and UV coating.
