After cleaning and derusting, the pipes are completely placed in flux material.
In the next step, we send the bars to the oven to dry at 120°C. After removing the bars from the furnace, they should be placed in a tub full of molten iron. It takes about 60 seconds for the zinc to completely absorb into the rods. The important point in this section is that the rods should not stay in the tub containing molten zinc for more than 60 seconds because the temperature of the tub is above 400 degrees Celsius. The metals that are placed on the outer and inner surface of the base of the nets after the aforementioned steps are completely separated from the air and steam in the blowing stage, and the rod is directed into a pool of water.
