In metal casting, first the metal is heated to a high temperature to become liquid and then it is poured into the mold. The piece mold has a hole in the shape that is intended to be made. After the molten metal is poured into the mold, the mold is cooled to solidify the metal. The hardened or cast metal is then removed from the mold. At the end, additional parts resulting from the casting are removed through additional operations.
ار Plaster, Concrete or Plastic Resin
Plaster and other chemicals such as concrete and plastic resin can also be formed by casting using disposable molds. In these materials, after casting, a process such as painting or engraving is used to improve the appearance of the manufactured device.
