Methods of performing mineral views in a project
In general, two methods are used to implement the mineral view:
Mineral spraying: In this method, a gun is used to apply mineral on the desired surface. This method is suitable for uneven surfaces in addition to smooth surfaces. The working method here is that the mineral material is poured into the gun tank and the material is applied to the desired surface by applying pressure. The speed of doing work in this method is very high.
Troweled mineral: the way to implement the mineral look in this method is that first, we take the prepared mineral materials out of the packaging and pour them into a suitable container and mix them thoroughly to create a uniform material, and after preparing from above We put a layer on the work at the lowest point on the desired surface. In this method, unlike the spraying method, the work can only be done on smooth surfaces. The advantage of this method is that it is simple and does not require special equipment, but it takes a long time to dry

Mineral implementation general condition
1- The surface to be executed must be completely level and uniform
2- The surface to be applied must be dry and free of damp and moisture, as well as dust and grease

4- It is recommended to apply the mineral during the day and away from direct sunlight and at a temperature of +5.
Method
1- Transfer the mineral on your level (from plastic to bucket).
2- Add 1 to 1.5 liters of drinking water for each 25 kg container

Mineral spraying method
Using a mineral gun, we spray the micro type (fine grain) on the facade surface. This type of implementation is usually used on uneven surfaces where it is not possible to work with a trowel, such as columns and crowns of buildings, sharp corners, tools around doors and windows, and corners. Up to 40 cm and with a nozzle diameter of 5% and a pressure of 5 to 10 atmospheres in the direction of the horizontal axis with the work surface.
Note: In the method of applying mineral spray, the work surface is rougher than the method of applying mineral trowel, the final drying time is 24 hours.
