How are the plastic produced?
Plastic tools and containers are part of high-consumption polymer products that are used in various industries. These products include types of nylon, nylon, plastic parts used in making household appliances, different types of plastic containers, bottles, etc. One of the important issues about these products is how they are produced.
✔️ Production of plastic containers
Plastic containers are produced using special equipment and devices. These devices include different molding devices or different types of PET inflator devices. In fact, the production stages of plastic containers and hollow bottles are different from each other, therefore, for the production of each, a special machine is used for the production of that product.
Production of plastic containers using molding method
The molding method is used to produce various plastic parts, which includes three types of blowing, pressing and injection. Each type of molding method is done in a special way. In the following section, a brief explanation is provided about each of the molding methods.
Pressure alternative
Pressure molding method is one of the most widely used methods of producing plastic products. The pressure method is used to produce disposable containers, all types of composite and fiberglass. This production method is mostly used for conditioning and shaping tires and thermostats. The production of plastic containers using this method is that first the raw materials are placed in the bottom cavity of the mold and the shape of the desired mold is taken by the press, applying heat and pressure from the upper jaw of the press.
ای Drophi
This molding method is mostly used to produce hollow parts such as drinking bottles. In the blowing production method, first the raw material is poured into the mold, then it is melted under the influence of the heat inside the thermal ovens and directed to the outlet of the machine. In the next step, the molten material is poured into the desired mold and enters the cooling chambers. Finally, after the material cools down, the formed piece is separated from the mold and ready to be sold to the consumer market.

Injectable injection
One of the most common and widely used methods of producing plastic containers is injection molding. This method is suitable for producing all kinds of hollow plastic parts, such as parts used in household appliances, parts used in automobile manufacturing, such as car bumpers, and other plastic containers used in the kitchen. The production steps of plastic containers in this method are almost the same as the blowing method, with the difference that here molding is done by injection method.
How are other types of plastic containers manufactured?
Some plastic containers such as disposable containers are produced using other methods such as semi-forming and thermoforming. All kinds of plastic vases and plastic molds for jelly and dessert are also produced using the mentioned methods. p>
Semi -forming
In the semi-forming method to produce plastic containers, granular raw materials are melted in an extruder and made into sheets. In the next step, before the sheets are cooled, they are placed under the press for shaping. The raw materials used in this method of producing plastic containers are mainly polystyrene or Heimpack, which are used to make disposable containers.
The thermoforming method
This method is more complete and advanced than the previous method, that's why the plastic products produced using this method are usually of higher quality. Nowadays, thermoforming method is widely used in Iran to produce plastic containers. The production steps of plastic containers using this method are also similar to semi-forming.
The raw materials used in the structure of these containers are in the form of granules, which are formed into sheets in the machine, then they enter the next step in the form of rolls. At this stage, the sheets are passed through thermal ovens to reach the desired temperature for forming. After the forming stage, the formed sheets are affected by the press and compressed.
One of the advantages of this method compared to the semi-forming method is the ability to use a variety of raw materials in the manufacture of plastic products. Among the raw materials used in the production of plastic containers, we can mention PVC, polyethylene, polypropylene, etc.
