Usually, according to various factors, including the manufacturing method, belts are divided into 4 different categories, rolling iron belt, fabric iron belt, machined iron belt and trans iron belt. In the following, we will examine these categories.
Iron Climbing Belt
One of the most widely used and widely used examples of belts is rolled iron belt, which is called rolled iron belt due to the production process and the use of hot rolling method on metal parts. The most important feature and difference of this type of belt from other belts is in its production method and the use of scrap iron and iron waste as the raw material for the production of this product, which has made its price cheaper than other belts. In fact, with this method of making belts, the production costs are reduced and different metals return to the life cycle.
Fabric Iron Belt
First grade raw materials and alloys are used to produce fabric iron belt, which increases the quality and creates strength and integrity in the final product. By using automatic and semi-automatic production lines in this method, the production speed of products is very high and it is possible to produce more volume than the rolling method. The only drawback of this method is the lack of belt production in the dimensions desired by the customer.

Machine
The meaning of machining iron belt is that if the produced belt does not match the belt required by the customer and has differences in terms of dimensions and thickness, various operations are performed on it to meet the customer's standards and be approved by the customer.
Transbrock Trans Belt
According to the production path of this type of belt, the final product is of very high quality and value, and in terms of dimensions and appearance, it is in a completely better condition than other belts.
