Mechanical seats
Rail: It is responsible for driving the cabin and the weight frame. Available common brands: Monteferro Italy - Marzi Italy - Super Saura Spain - Losan Spain - S Rail Turkey and...
Cabin: It is a room where people - cargo - patient's bed or car are placed in it depending on the type of need and they go up and down. There are two types of passenger cabins, closed space with metal frame and with steel or semi-steel interior decorations (batzeinate steel wood) and the other type is the open-view cabin and panorama, which has a metal frame and the facade of the building is made of glass or Talc.
Balance weight: As its name suggests, it has the task of creating balance between the cabin and the weight frame, which negates the weight of the cabin and the existing parts installed on the cabin.
Towing wire: It has the task of connecting between the cabin and the weight. This connection starts from the cabin and connects to the engine and the idler panel and then to the weight frame.
Governor: A mechanism similar to a car belt radar depends on the type and speed designed, for example, one meter per second, as long as the elevator moves at the permitted speed, it does nothing, but as soon as the elevator speed exceeds the permitted limit for any reason, it operates by a tow wire. The parachute lever (emergency brake) is pulled and stops the movement of the cabin.
Parachute: The mechanical stop part is installed under or on the cabin, which is installed by two fixed and movable jaws on both sides of the rail, and in emergency situations, it receives command from the governor for emergency braking, which is designed and related to two types of momentary and gradual.
Floor doors: There are two general types: hinged (semi-automatic) and fully automatic.
A hinged door consists of a metal door, which depends on the position of the building, its opening is to the left side, on which parts such as the dictator lock and the door spring and the glass frame with wire glasses are installed.
The automatic door consists of two or three slats that can be folded to the left or right or in both directions depending on the position.

☑️ Electro mechanical parts
Engine: It is based on two types of gearbox, one round and two round and gearless, of which various brands are common in the market, including Zilabag Germany - Vitor Italy - Schindler Spain - Sassi Italy - Alcamp Italy - Sicura Italia - Montanari Italy - Nagel Europe - Jam Italy - Akar Turkey - Mega China
Cabin door: which is a sliding door and a bus door.
Control panel: All commands and commands are sent to the control panel and sent from the panel to the parts, the first type of which is platinum which is no longer useful, and a two-cycle and single-cycle microprocessor with a vvvf drive inverter that gradually increases the engine speed.
Summon chassis: which is installed in two types of built-in and facing inside the cabin and floors.
Tabaq chassis has a key for summoning and a screen that shows the direction of the cabin and the position of the cabin.
The chassis of the cabin has the number of floors of the summoning chassis or a keyboard to register the destination floor, the fan key, the alarm key and the DO and DC keys (door opening and closing) along with a display screen that shows the direction of movement of the cabin position or messages such as overload.
Fully upgraded chassis are available in the market, which also have the ability to play videos and photos, cabin temperature, speed of movement, etc.
Rozion box: Depending on the control panel we use, there are two types, simple and functional, and its function is to communicate and transfer data and commands between the control panel and the cabin.
On it, there are several switches for normal operation (inspection) that the servicemen use to raise and lower the cabin, and an emergency step switch is also installed on it.
Photomagnet: There are two sensors in the form of a magnet switch that is mounted on the rails, one of them controls the leveling of the cabin on the floor and the other one controls the movement of the cabin.
Door opener magnet: used in cabins without internal doors and bus doors to unlock hinged doors.
Limit switch or switch: It is a microswitch, usually three of which are used at the top of the elevator shaft and three at the bottom of the shaft, the first to identify the upper and lower limits, the second for forced travel, and the third for the step when the cabin level sensor is tripped. It works and stops the cab.
