What is Krakoff?
One of these ready-made foods that has found its way into the household basket are sausages. Sausages are one of the types of prepared foods that are prepared from minced meat and sometimes with edible vegetables and salt and other spices. It may be interesting to know that in the past, animal intestines were used for packaging sausages, but today this type of packaging has been replaced by collagen or cellulose and even plastic.
Sausages and sausages were imported into Iran in 1307 by a Russian person in Anzali port with a small manual machine, and two years later, the first factory was established in the same city, which could produce about 50 kg of sausages per day. Then a small factory was set up in Tehran. Finally, in 1337 AH, the first big sausage and sausage factory was launched in Tehran, and we should also mention its founder and heir, "Arzumanian Avansian".
Now we come to Krakov sausage. The name of this sausage is taken from the city of Krakow, which was the capital of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth in the Middle Ages until the 16th century. Krakow sausage is a type of Polish sausage that is made outside of Iran from small pieces of pork flavored with pepper, sweet bell pepper, coriander and garlic. These ingredients are placed in large molds and smoked and usually eaten cold.
However, in Islamic countries such as Iran, sheep and beef are used to prepare krakaf, and in most cases, krakaf is filled with cheese, which adds to its taste. It is half-cooked or fully fried or fried in slices. As we said before, outside of Iran, people eat it cold, but in Iran, due to people's taste, it is usually served as a sandwich and like a hot dog.

✔️Put the grilled krakofs sausage inside the sandwich bread.
✔️Pour the onions, peppers and mushrooms on the krakofs. Cover with cheese. Put the sandwich in the oven for twenty minutes at a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees.
