Melamine cabinet
It is one of the cheapest types of cabinet that is made with melamine sheets. Melamine is a sheet with chipboard core covered with a thin coating called melamine. This thin layer is waterproof and anti-scratch. The weak point of melamine is chipboard's sensitivity to moisture. Therefore, it is recommended to use melamine sheets in places that are not exposed to water, such as closets.
MDF cabinet
MDF sheets are similar to melamine (sheet with melamine coating), but with a different core. Glass cabinets
The units (frame/skeleton) of this type of cabinet are usually made of white MDF and its visible parts and doors are made of "High Glass" sheet. it's gonna be built. Highglass sheet has a stronger and thicker coating than MDF (of course, on one side of the sheet; the other side of the sheet is a thin layer of white PVC). It is more beautiful than MDF. Generally, the prices of glass are higher than MDF.
