In international trade laws, the entry and exit of any goods to the borders of countries and by any method follows the customs procedures of that country. Sending and receiving goods through international mail is not an exception to this rule. In this article, we will review the customs procedures and laws related to international postal items in Iran's customs laws. Postal items are all objects that are accepted, exchanged and distributed by the post according to the postal laws of the country or the Universal Postal Union, and include correspondence and deposits as follows:
