Since the corrosion and rusting of steel sheets has always been a factor of interest, and on the other hand, the production of stainless and corrosion-resistant steel sheets is not economical for industrial use, so galvanized sheets have been produced and manufactured. There are various methods for coating steel sheets, but galvanizing the sheets is the most economical method possible. For the production of galvanized sheet, oiled sheet is used, and the working method is to immerse the oiled sheet in a bath of molten zinc so that according to the desired thickness of the zinc metal, it is placed on the surface of the sheet. One of the advantages of galvanized sheet is its resistance to corrosion in acidic and humid environments, and these sheets do not suffer from corrosion and vulnerability due to surface scratches (as much as the thickness of zinc).
