Composite
Composite sheet is one of the advanced materials of modern architecture, which has attracted the attention of designers and building managers. The wide acceptance of this product as one of the materials used in the facade of buildings indicates the appropriate quality and the absence of any restrictions in its design and implementation.

Composite aluminum sheets are flat plates that consist of three layers including two outer aluminum sheets and a non-aluminum central layer. The central layer can be made of polyethylene, polyurethane or mineral materials. These three layers are connected using polymer glue. The surface of the composite sheet is protected with a film layer.

Composite Sheet Properties:
Weight Lightness:
1- Acoustic Tips:
The empty space behind composite sheets creates acoustic properties, for example, when a composite sheet is used in a building with walls made of light concrete, its sound insulation property doubles.
2- Pilgrimage:
Using a special tool, different angles with a sharp edge up to 135 degrees can be created with this composite sheet, while this is not possible for other common materials such as cement, stone and glass. Also, the composite sheet has the ability to bend with a diameter of about 22 cm.
1- Color Variety:
Due to the variety of composite sheet colors, designers can use many different colors, including metallic colors, in their designs. Very advanced and high quality systems have been used to paint the composite sheet so that the desired color has the highest quality and the most optimal resistance against adverse weather conditions and industrial pollution. These properties are provided by fluoride or PVDF coatings.
