Loader
Loader is one of the important machines used in various industries such as road construction, construction and mining. The word loader (in English: Loader) means a carrier.
A loader or bucket tractor, as its name suggests, is a tractor that has a bucket in front of it. A hydraulic system is installed inside this machine, with the help of which the force from the machine can be applied to the cup and from it to foreign objects. The cup installed on the front of the loader allows it to carry large amounts of stone, soil and other materials, easily take them to other areas and unload them in other transport machines such as trucks. In addition to the mentioned case, the loader is also used in other operations such as creating embankments, digging underground for buildings, filling ditches, embankment around pipes placed in canals, and transporting concrete to the place of molds. Of course, sufficient space is also needed to carry out harvesting operations, otherwise the loader will have problems in doing the work.
1) Chain Wheel:
The advantage of this type of loader over the rubber wheel type is its chain wheels. Having chain wheels allows the loader to use more force to do the job due to the increased surface friction with the ground. For this reason, this loader is usually used in operations such as digging up tree roots, removing tree stumps from the road, and removing broken cement surfaces that require a lot of traction. Also, the wheels of this loader are not damaged in areas with sharp dogs. Another advantage of this loader is the ability to cover higher slopes compared to rubber wheel loaders.

2) Rubber Wheel:
This type of loader has a low friction surface with the ground and as a result, a higher speed than chain wheel loaders. However, this low friction brings problems for these loaders. Rubber wheel loaders are able to apply a lower force to foreign objects and face problems when moving on wet and muddy ground. In addition, there is a possibility of tearing the rubber wheel of the loader in the fields with sharp stones. Other disadvantages of this loader are its larger dimensions and the inability to move on steep slopes. However, some of the problems mentioned above can be fixed. For example, to prevent the wheel of the loader from breaking in the land with sharp stones, you can use a type of wire chain, which in addition to protecting the wheel, also increases its friction with the ground, and this feature may be very useful in some cases. . Even a very thick and ivory type of rubber has been produced to solve this problem, which can be used instead of wire chains.
The rubber wheel loaders are divided into two types, normal and back-breaking. Back-breaking rubber wheel loaders are usually used in large loaders. This type of rubber wheel loader has a chassis that connects the rear part of the loader to the front part by a joint. This articulated mode increases the maneuverability and turning radius of the car compared to fixed (non-articulated) chassis. In the backhoe loader, the steering system is operated by two hydraulic jacks. While in the normal rubber wheel loader, the movement mechanism of the loader is controlled by steering wheel and wheels.

3) Back Hoe Loader:
This type of loader is suitable for small and light operations due to its small size. Of course, this type of loader has many different uses, and due to the existence of a shovel behind it (that is the reason for its name), it is almost a versatile loader. For the same reasons as mentioned, this loader is used in light and small volume operations such as light digging, digging small and medium canals for laying pipes, carrying dredging pipes, removing obstacles for light excavations and loading soil trucks.
Backhoe loaders are produced in three types; Fixed, rotating and sliding loaders. ▪️ Fixed backhoe loader: It is a simple machine that includes a shovel and a loader and can rotate 180 degrees.
▪️ Revolving Backhoe Loader: It has the ability to slide and performs digging operations to a lesser extent than other types of backhoe loaders. Also, this backloader can not have a loader section. The rotation angle of this machine is 270 degrees. ▪️Sliding backhoe loaders: are available in two types, hydraulic and mechanical. Mechanical backholders are the evolved type of fixed backholders, and mechanical sliding backholders are often used in urban operations. The hydraulic backloader is more complete and more useful than other types of backloaders due to its tensile properties.
