This is what Mohammad Javad Shokri, one of the activists of the ice cream production and trade industry in Iran, says about the statistics of ice cream production and export in the country. But more important than ice creams for domestic consumption are Legionnaires and exports; Ice creams that have gained world fame with the Iranian brand and won the hearts of customers.
Shokri says about ice cream exports: "Many Iranian manufacturing companies export ice cream to neighboring countries; An export that has achieved a record of 400 tons of ice cream per day; Ice creams that mostly reach Iraq and Persian Gulf countries such as Oman, Kuwait, and the UAE, especially Dubai.
In addition to the Persian Gulf region, Iranian ice creams are exported to Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, and even African countries such as Libya, and exporters also have an eye on the Chinese market.
