Production of hot-dip galvanized wire

The production steps of hot-dip galvanized wire are as follows:

Black wire by heating (temperature 800 to 900 degrees) It is heated in the furnace, so called open baking.
In order to increase the quality of the products, it is better that the black wire is free of any waste materials, therefore, at this stage, the wire is acid washed or Pickling. in which it is filled with zinc, it is passed to create a coating layer.
Then the excess amount of zinc left on the black wire is removed. They are given a rest.
Now it's time for packaging. At this stage, galvanized wires can be collected in three different ways: normal, micro-horizontal and butterfly.

The manufacturing process is almost the same in both types of wire, but in some stages of cold galvanizing production, it is different from hot galvanizing, which we will describe below:

After heating the wire and removing impurities
In this step, zinc metal covers the wire using electrolysis, that is, using electricity.
Then the produced galvanized wire is prepared for packaging.
