How to test water switch pressure
If the water pressure in the circuit is normal and it shows 6.0, we test the circuit of the pressure switch with the help of an ohmmeter, if the circuit was closed, it means that this part is healthy, and if it is open, it means that this part is defective. is.
Flowswitch package
Another part of the package is the flow switch, this part is sensitive to the flow of water and is placed on the path of cold water entering the radiator, and when the hot water tap is opened, this part informs the board and the flame is lit. There are many floating parts in flowswitch.
How to test the flow switch
First, open the hot water tap and use an ohmmeter to check whether the flow switch circuit is closed. Now, if the hot water tap is closed, the flow switch circuit must be reset, otherwise this part has a problem.
Air package pressure switch
This part actually controls the output of combustion materials. The air pressure switch is the only part of the package that is controlled by the board in two stages. Before turning on the fan, the board makes sure that the flow switch is open, and after turning on the fan again, it checks whether the pressure switch circuit is closed. The pressure switch of the fan is installed above the combustion chamber and near the fan.
How to test the air pressure switch
Since the pressure switch will be controlled in two stages, two stages should be simulated for testing. We connect two wires to the pressure switch, disconnect them and turn on the device, and when the fan is on, we connect these two wires together, and when the fan is off, we disconnect the two wires until it sparks and the device starts working. Now if If the package is turned on with this process, the pressure switch is broken, otherwise it is healthy.
Circulating pump
This part moves the water in the heating circuit and is usually placed on the return path. In this way, after drawing water from the radiator, the package pump directs it to the primary exchanger, the water in the primary exchanger is heated by a burner and transferred to the secondary exchanger or radiator, and after cooling, it enters the pump again and these steps are carried out. That hot water is always available.
How to test the circulation pump
At first, after opening the screws on both sides of the pump, test the smoothness of the router using a screwdriver. In this case, put the device in the heating mode and turn it on to ensure the rotation of the pump. Of course, when the package is on in the heating mode, you should check the power of the pump using an ohmmeter, which must be 220 volts or 24 volts, because it is possible that the pump power is cut off due to a faulty board.

Solenoid valve or three-way valve
This part changes the direction of hot water circulation from the heating circuit to the hot water circuit. This piece is mostly used in the cold seasons of the year when a package heating system is needed. In some packages, the package solenoid valve or three-way valve is located near the pump in the return unit, and in others, it is located in the flow path.
Test method of electric valve or three-way valve
By pulling the motor holding bracket, we remove the solenoid valve. Now we have to change the mode of the package to hot water consumption mode and radiator hot water mode, if the motor shaft moves, the solenoid valve is probably healthy, otherwise it is faulty and remains in a fixed state. That is, if it is in heating mode, it will not change its status and when hot water is needed, it will not heat water, on the contrary, if it is in consumption hot water mode, it will not supply hot water to the radiator.
bypass
Bye is after other parts of the package, this part prevents the pump from running out of water and burning it. So it sits between the reciprocating block and is normally closed, but if the flow channel is blocked for some reason, this spring moves back and moves the water from the forward path to the return path so that the water is sucked into the pump. And the pump does not run out of water.
How to test bypass

This piece of electricity receives 220 volts and uses it to ignite the flame due to a spark. In fact, this piece causes the gas path to open by creating a spark and remains active until the flame ignites and the flame is detected by the flame detection electrode. The ignition transformer is connected to the gas solenoid valve housing or under the combustion chamber.
How to test the ignition transformer
After opening the combustion chamber, it is necessary to check the power input to the ignition transformer with an ohmmeter. This should be done when the gas line is open. If 220V electricity reaches the ignition transformer and the package flame formation is complete, it can be said that the package ignition transformer is damaged.
