CNC milling is one of the modern and specialized methods used in the production of industrial and practical parts in many parts making industries. This machine performs milling operations on metal to plastic parts by hand from a central computer with a pre-prepared work program.
What is cnc milling?
CNC milling machine is an intelligent computerized device that can make all kinds of parts and cuts from simple to complex on all kinds of different metal to plastic and wooden surfaces in the fastest time without the intervention of human hands.
Paying attention to the precision and detail of the machine and its clean cut type, all the cut and milled parts can be ready to be sent to the market without the need for assembly steps. However, its application type is different in different parts making industries.
The operation of the milling machine is based on the basis and number. Based on the pre-prepared design with 3D software, the operator introduces the volumetric design to the machine, and the machine starts cutting and turning the piece in three axes X, Y, Z according to the given criteria and scale.
In the old manual milling machine, only the operator could cut and mill on one axis, and it was practically impossible to rotate and create steps. But in the CNC milling machine, due to the various movable accessories, milling operations for grooving, threading and stepping can be easily performed on the desired part.

Principles of working with cnc milling machine
Generally, the initial 3D modeling of the design is delivered by the design engineer on a CAD format. The component engineer prepares for the CNC milling machine based on the type of angle size, diameter or body design or any type of groove and screw and other specifications. It is ready to work and cut with a CNC milling machine. The implementation of milling operations varies depending on the type of design and model and the cutting that is done.
There are two X and Z axes in the manual lathe models, where the Z axis is the rail of the cutting machine to move left or right. And in the X axis, the turning machine performed three spindle operation systems, or the same as chip removal. But the Y axis, which provides the ability to move forward and backward, was not there to design and carve a 3D model.
