In the injection part, the plastic granules are in a barrel and are thrown into the mold in one step. In the closing part of the mold, the two molds that are required to form the plastic parts are combined with each other, and then in the mold ejection part, the plastic granules are pressed and thrown into the mold. In this machine, polymer materials enter the machine in molten form. This work increases the characteristics of the final product. In plastic injection, polymer materials are injected at high temperature and high pressure. After injection, the polymer materials inside the mold are quickly cooled and take the shape of the final product. Then, the mold is opened and the finished product is removed.
