1- First step (melting nylon raw materials)
As we said in the previous section, the raw material used to produce all types of nylon is polyethylene granules. Also, various additives and masterbatches are used in the production of nylons. These raw materials are combined according to the formula used to produce any type of nylon and poured into the hopper of the extruder. In this device, the materials are melted at the required temperature and move forward. Melting and combining the materials with each other is done by the cylinder and the mortar and the materials are made into a paste. This step is called extrusion. The die rotates and guides this shaped plastic paste to the end of the extruder and to the die. The die turns this pasty material into a thin layer of nylon and directs it upwards.
2- Second stage (cooling nylons)
The nylons produced in the previous stage are cooled by the hoses that are around the machine and wind blows and will no longer be sticky. The width of the nylons that are produced is directly related to the amount of outgoing wind, that is, the width of the nylon is determined by the increase and decrease of the wind.

3- Third step (roll nylon)
4- Fourth stage (sewing and packaging)
