Properties
Natural materials: Wood is a natural material. This means that it is biodegradable and renewable. Biodegradable means degradable and recyclable. If the wood is left for a few years, it will return to the soil and add nutrients to it. The renewable nature of wood means that it can be replaced by growing more. Therefore, provided that the trees that are cut down are replaced, wood will be a sustainable material.
Create a good feeling: Touching a wooden bowl or cup is a satisfying experience. Research has shown that we have a deep connection with the natural world and respond positively to biophilic design. The use of wooden plates, bowls and containers can strengthen this connection with nature in our daily life. As a result, we will increase our sense of well-being.
Eco-friendly: As we mentioned before, wood is a natural material. Likewise, it is part of the Earth's cycle and breaks down to be recycled naturally.
All forms of plastic are synthetic and do not have a natural bio-base, but are created through industrial chemical processes and non-renewable resources. In fact, plastic is a real problem for the planet and the zoo. Because it takes 100 years to decompose and disappear. Therefore, every stage of the lifespan of plastics has a negative impact on the planet, and buying less of them is a way to help nature. Wooden containers are dirtier or somehow not as clean as plastic ones. In fact, wood holds less bacteria than plastic and is naturally anti-bacterial.

Container health: The negative impact of plastic on human health is increasingly worrying. At every stage of life, plastic is harmful to our health. When using plastic containers, there are risks of swallowing or inhaling microplastic particles and hundreds of toxic substances. This issue causes heart, vascular, cancer and autoimmune diseases.
On the other hand, wood has no harm and is effective as a relaxing substance for mental health.
