Hablex light block is a new product that is used in all kinds of residential, commercial and industrial constructions. This block is recyclable and non-toxic, and since it has air cells inside, it is also light weight. It should be noted that in general, the production method of Hablex blocks is carried out in different stages, which are as follows.
Material
At first, the raw materials of block construction including sand, lime, cement and plaster are mixed with each other in different proportions and aluminum powder is added to it in the necessary amount. At the end, some water is added to the desired composition to prepare the required mortar.
Mortgage Practice
At this stage, the molds are first coated with a thin layer of oil to prevent the mortar from sticking to them. Then the above-mentioned mortar is poured into them to release hydrogen gas from the reaction of aluminum powder with water and plaster, which leads to the expansion of the mortar. It is interesting to know that the expansion of the mortar can continue up to three times the initial volume and is accompanied by the formation of bubbles in this composition. It should be noted that these bubbles play the most important role in the lightness and insulation of the mortar.
Current
After 240 minutes of the curing time, the curing process should be started in the pressure flat tanks. These tanks usually have a diameter of 3 meters and a length of 45 meters. They are large enough and autoclave operations are carried out.
Cutting and packing
After curing and separating the blocks from the mold, based on the accepted orders, the blocks are cut and sold to the market.
