What is a Fortic plating?
To put it very simply, fortic plating is a combination of plating and painting methods. In the fortic plating process, a piece of metal is placed in a water-based solution. There are colored grains in the water-based solution. After placing the metal in such a solution, people use a certain electric voltage to cause the colored grains in the solution to be absorbed by the metal. Of course, the point that is related to this type of electroplating is that the electric voltage is transferred to the metal and it is this voltage that causes the absorption of colored grains.

Temperature plays an important role in the electrophoretic process. The temperature value and the time of the coating operation are determined according to the type of epoxy and acrylic chemicals present in it. The preparation steps of the electrophoretic process are the same as the plating steps in such a way that the metal surface must be free of any contamination.
