What is Metal Payment?
Metal plating is a finishing method in which abrasive materials are used to smooth and polish surfaces. Polishing metals makes surfaces more polished and shiny and improves their appearance. Apart from the beautiful appearance that metals get through the polishing process, polishing them has another purpose. This operation prevents further oxidation and corrosion of the metal and significantly increases its useful life.
Metal Payment Methods
☑️ grinding
Grinding is one of the finishing methods, whose features include increasing the amount of shavings and creating a smooth surface. This method has high accuracy and quality; This has made using the grinding method a good alternative to milling. Polishing with the grinding method is suitable for metals such as aluminum, steel, glass, ceramics and diamonds.
☑️ Sandblane
Sandblast literally means sandblasting. With the help of the water jet device, materials such as sand, after mixing with water, are thrown on the metal surfaces and cleans the surfaces from any roughness.

☑️ Plating (electropliting)
In the electroplating process, a layer is formed on the surface of the metal piece, which helps to make it more resistant. This operation can be used for most metals; But it is more suitable for copper, nickel, gold and silver metals. Plating has different methods such as barrel or rotary, rake and strip plating. The choice of each of these methods depends on the size of the part, type, required power and electrolyte.
☑️ Vibration Payment
The vibrating device is used in both plastic and stone materials for different surfaces. The rotation speed of the machine is also selected according to the desired smoothness and polish.
☑️ Black
Black oxide can be done on metals like copper, brass, etc. Blackening is done in three ways: cold, hot and molten salt. The warm method has differences from other methods. In this method, a kind of chemical process is carried out at a temperature of 146-135 degrees Celsius. The most common use of black work is in the furnace industry.

☑️ Powder coating
Powder coating has many advantages over other options and makes all surfaces scratch, wear and tear resistant. Beyond that, usually powder coated metal products are resistant to corrosion or rust. Since less equipment is used for powder coating, it requires less execution time and consumes less raw materials. Also, this process is cheaper and cleaner than alternatives such as ordinary electroplating, and it is environmentally friendly and economical.
