Manual pallet jack is the cheapest and simplest type, which has a capacity of up to 5 tons, equivalent to 5000 kg, and the most common capacities are 2.5 ton pallet jack, 3 ton and 5 ton pallet jack. How to work with the handle of the pallet jack
The lever on the handle of the pallet jack has 3 positions, respectively, to reduce the height of the forks (load unloading), normal mode (movement- displacement) and the mode of raising the tentacles is used, and its working method is that the operator presses it and places it in one of the positions according to his needs. The way it works in general is that the operator stands behind the machine and puts the lever in the low position, then raises and lowers the handle to use the pump. Hydraulic height of the tentacles will increase. Then push the device so that the prongs are inside the pallet. Then he puts the lever in the middle position and moves the manual track pallet. At the destination, he pushes the lever up so that the height of the tentacles decreases and then pulls the device out of the pallet.
