Production of cardboard cardboard
The history of cardboard manufacturing begins in 1885. A German chemist made this product using wood pulp. Today, using the method called kraft, paper is prepared and combined with some chemicals such as sodium sulfate to make it more durable. After these steps, the necessary cardboard for cartoning and production of cardboard craft will be prepared.
The wood pulp will have different strength according to the fiber that has been extracted. As a result, one type of them is used to prepare thin papers and another type is used for thick papers and cardboard. Paper pulp, which is called pulp, is prepared by combining wood chips and recycled products. The sheet that will be used to produce the cardboard box is made by mixing and compressing the pulp.
