Automatic sanding: The mechanized method is a traditional style, in which the surface of the mosaics is sanded by a large sanding stone after being placed on the bases of the machine. The old automatic subs consist of two jaws and a movable sub-stone plate, and its driving force is an electric dynamo. >: It is used in large factories. The band sander sands, polishes and polishes the stone. In this machine, the mosaics move with the help of an automatic conveyor belt and are rubbed by different stones. The amount of sanding and polishing of mosaic surfaces, the dimensions of the product, and its degree of roughness and softness can be adjusted and monitored.
