Leak
Sometimes a loose connection or a pipe leak leads to a decrease in pressure or affects other parts. It is necessary to make sure that the connections are tight and there are no holes in the tank.
Whistles and abnormal sounds
The third common problem with packages is sounds like whistles or strange sounds inside the package. This problem may be due to the presence of lime particles in the heat exchanger. It is better to know that deposits caused by water are very destructive and can damage the package and radiator. These sediments cause the water pressure to decrease. Therefore, try to always use a sediment trap in the water path and your package, and at least change the filters inside the tank every season.
Pilot light out
This happens usually because the thermocouple is broken. A thermocouple is a device used to measure and report temperature. The loss of insulation or the breaking of the seal used in the package can be the reason for the pilot light to go out and fire.
Pressure drop
The fourth common problem of packages is pressure drop. There are several reasons for a drop in pressure. Apart from the effects that are outside the package and the wall heating system, issues such as damage to the pressure relief valve or leakage inside the system are other causes of pressure drop inside the heating packages.
Tube frost
If the package shows an error that it is cold, you should turn the package off and on (restart) once. If the problem persists, the tube may contain liquid or is frozen.
Disfrust the radiators
The last common problem of the packages is that the radiators do not heat up. This problem can have various reasons. It is better to ventilate the radiators first. If the problem is not solved, there is probably a problem with the package pump.
