Halva is a type of sweet and dessert that is common in various countries. There are different types of halva, and depending on its type, sometimes it can be used as a dessert, sometimes as a dessert, or in some cases, it can be used to cook another food or dessert. In cooking and preparing halva, flour halva or black halva or terhalva is used. History of halva
Halwa is prepared from wheat flour. A type of halva is also cooked in Behbahan city, which is cooked with rice flour. In this type of halwa, crushed or floured rice is cooked with oil, sugar, cardamom, and rose water, and after steaming, the rice is divided into cone-shaped parts and decorated with cinnamon, and distributed among the mourners during Muharram.
