End of humidity
In papermaking machinery, the pulp is mixed with water as well as additional fillers and additives and then pumped onto a belt. The belt is usually made of a mesh that encourages all the fibers to move in the same direction. Like wood, paper also has a grain direction. The direction of the fibers on this belt dictates the "graining" direction of the paper.
اری Wet Press
In the "wet press" section of papermaking machines, the pulp moves from a mesh belt onto a felt belt. It should be noted that felt used to be made of wool, but nowadays it is made of synthetic materials. The dough moves through a series of high-pressure rollers designed to force liquid into the felt. As the felt rotates, it passes through its drying station to remove moisture.

اری Dryer sprinkle
When the pulp enters the "dryer" section, it begins to form paper. This part of the machine weaves the paper web using a series of hot rollers. Felt belts are also used in this part of the machine to reduce the humidity of the paper.
اری Separation
The last part of the papermaking machinery is called the "smoothing" section. In this step, they use rollers that are mounted against each other to press the paper and create a smooth finish. The more the number of these rollers, the smoother the paper.
