Examination and introduction of thermal shrink nylon

Beautiful and attractive packaging is one of the ways to attract customers and market products. Packaging is very important and in addition to its appearance, it must also protect the product against dust, water, etc. Heat Shrink Nylon is a plastic that is used for packing various materials.

Thermal Shrink nylons shrink and compress due to heat, and unlike other plastic items, it is not destroyed by heat, but is formed. The raw materials of this category of nylons are obtained from polyethylene and have a very high resistance to heat. If you plan to use nylon heat shrink (shearing) in the packaging of your products, you can use a shrink (shearing) film called Bespar Plast.

What is nylon shrink?

Nylon Shrink is a polymeric plastic with low density and melting point. This polymer is usually produced from the raw material of high density polyethylene. Using heat shrink nylon is a good choice for packaging products, because it has higher resistance and more durability for heavier goods. This nylon is very light and thin and at the same time has high tensile strength.

Increasing temperature in shrinking nylons creates a sticky state in the material. The heat causes the plastic to change shape and if properly wrapped around the object, it will take on the shape of the object, because the air between the plastic and the product is trapped as much as possible. This work is also called vacuuming the product and in this case the product occupies less space. The use of heat shrink nylon is suitable for packing products that are going to be sent to faraway areas.

One of the important features of thermal shrink nylon is its sensitivity to heat, which distinguishes it from other nylons. This type of nylon usually shrinks at a temperature of 115 degrees to 150 degrees Celsius and is placed on the intended product. The malleability of this product is due to its low melting point, which causes it to shrink with heat and finally take the shape of the product it is stuck on.

Shrink nylon printing

Luxury and attractive packaging has a direct impact on product sales. One of the things that can be done for this purpose is to print a design and use color in nylon shrink (shearing), which can be used to give a special effect to the products. One of the main reasons for printing nylon shrink (shearing) is the visibility of the product and increase in sales.

Various methods can be used to print on thermal shrink nylon. In the simple method, for printing, automatic printers are used that are able to print on the inner surface of the shrink (shearing). In this method, special inks are used that are suitable for printing on laminated surfaces.

Of course, in addition to traditional methods, there are more advanced methods for printing. In the offset printing method, the printed image is first printed on a suitable format and then printed on the nylon surface using special devices.

Another way to print on nylon shrink (shearing) is to use laser technology. In this method, using laser refining, the printed image is engraved on the inner surface of nylon shrink (shearing). This printing method has very high quality and has high resistance against wear and corrosion.
