Grandmothers always kept vegetables in thin cloth bags. To keep the vegetables fresh and at the same time preserve their aroma, put them in a cloth bag and then put them in a nylon plastic bag. If you don't have a cloth bag, you can wrap the vegetables in a cloth. Put this nylon in the refrigerator. With this method, you can keep the vegetable for up to 4 days and it will not lose its freshness in any way.
