Welding unit of diamond saws
Diamond saws collide with hard objects and sometimes stones during cutting and cause the diamond to break. Persepolis complex has advanced machines for welding diamond teeth from 2mm to 2cm in diameter, and after welding with a CNC machine, it is sharpened until it is matched with the shank of the teeth in the saw and there is no difference between the welded teeth. and the teeth are not fabric, and in case of breaking the teeth welded by this complex and the fabric teeth are healthy.
H.S.S saws service unit
This is how this complex proudly announces that this complex is the first in Iran to be the only owner of the CNC machine for soapy water HSS disc saws. Aluminum, copper and brass at least 4 and above (on request) and from diameter 14cm to diameter 76cm as usual and with the highest quality and German standard. All sharpening operations on HSS saws are done by German CNC-LOROCH machines and CBN machines.
Tabgiri unit
Perspolis complex is the only center with sharpening machines in Iran and has the ability to sharpen all kinds of diamond saws with an accuracy of 0.05%. The warranty is done and any problems in this regard are acceptable.
