In the eyes of the general public, industrial bread is bread that is produced with a machine. Most people believe that this bread does not have the same quality as traditional bread, and for this reason, this bread has not been widely accepted. But bread can be called industrial bread that can be done almost without manual intervention from the beginning of the production line and entering the flour into the system until the final stage, which is packaging. At the same time, proper fermentation is done on the dough and the nutritional value of the bread is maintained. In addition to the production process, the volume of production in industrial breads is what makes them different from traditional breads. Industrial breads are produced and marketed in large quantities. In fact, and in a general sense, industrial bread refers to bread that is produced with the help of modern technology, modern machines, using all the methods of improving the quality of bread, eliminating flour defects in production and on a high scale.

In our country, some people think that bulky breads, which are known as fancy breads, are industrial breads, but in fact, these breads are not industrial ones. Industrial bread is produced on a mass scale with modern machines and in completely hygienic conditions. These breads are made entirely from leavened and fermented dough and will not cause any problems in absorbing divalent salts. Also, during the production of these breads, its flour can be enriched with bran, barley flour, soy flour and other micronutrients that are lacking in the country, such as iron, zinc, B vitamins and calcium. Therefore, with the production of these breads, people and special groups such as patients and people with a deficiency of some micronutrients can also use these breads. Another advantage of this bread is its reasonable price. Considering the high volume of production, even if the government does not pay a subsidy for this type of bread, the price will not increase much.

The most important benefits of bread production are:

🍞Increasing production and responding to the increasing demand of bread in the society

🍞Improving the quality of bread

🍞Removing baking soda in bread production

🍞Higher durability

🍞More food value

🍞Less waste
