This memory is known as volatile memory, because every time the laptop is turned off, its information will be completely lost.

In this case, the processor must wait a long time to receive information from RAM. To reduce the waiting time and increase the speed of the system, the cache memory is embedded in the CPU.
The function of the cache memory is to store user commands. The speed of the cache is the same as the speed of the processor, so the information reaches the processor quickly. And there is no need to call information from ram, only the information that is not in the cache is called from ram. Large cache memory has a direct relationship with high system speed.
