✔️ Heat sources

Heat sources usually produce heat by consuming fuel or electricity, which are known as boilers (heat sources that heat liquid fluid) and furnaces (heat sources that heat gas fluid) based on the type of fluid that is heated.

In all mechanical systems, cooling is possible only through evaporative cooling, and the higher the rate of evaporation of a material, the greater the amount of cooling created by it. Refrigeration sources in common heating and cooling systems are known as chillers and are divided into two types, shock or normal and absorption chillers. In both types of cooling, it is caused by the evaporation of a substance called refrigerant, which is usually gaseous.

This part is only available in all water systems. In all water systems, as the fluid movement circuit is closed, with the change in the temperature of the fluid in the system and the change in its volume, pressure is applied to the connections of the system and the entire circuit and may cause problems in the system. The expansion source is a part that is responsible for controlling the change in fluid volume. There is only one example of the diagrammatic expansion source in the world.

These devices are responsible for moving the fluid. The pumps that move the liquid fluid are usually screw type pumps, and the pumps that move the gas fluid are called fans or blowers and are used in two types of axial flow and vertical flow.

These devices usually use the physical phenomenon of transpiration to remove moisture from the air. This means that by cooling the air, its temperature will be lower than the dew point and the air humidity will be removed from the air in the form of tiny water droplets. These devices normally cool a coil by a cold source (creates a cooling coil) and its moisture is removed by passing air over the coil.

Coils

Coils are actually places of heat exchange in cooling and heating systems. According to the performance, coils can be divided into two types of cooling and heating. Similarly, the coils are divided into the following three categories based on the fluid:

🔸Water to air or vice versa
🔸Water to water

✔️ Fan and fans

Ventilators also play an important role as one of the components of air conditioning devices and are considered as the beating heart of these devices. Basically, the task of moving hot or cold air passing through coils or air cleaned by filters in air conditioners is the responsibility of ventilators. The ventilators used in air conditioners are of two types: centrifugal ventilators or axial flow ventilators.
