- Safety and Resistance
Tempered glass with the same thickness has more resistance (about 5 times more) due to pressure and impact than normal glass against breaking. The resistance of tempered glass to heat and heat is also higher than normal glass and can withstand heat and thermal shock up to three times more than normal glass.
- Ability to cut again< /strong>
Normal glass can be cut or drilled in desired dimensions and sizes whenever possible. But tempered glass must be accurately measured before ordering and all operations such as cutting and drilling must be applied to it, because tempered glass cannot be cut again.
- Type Breaking
If the pressure or impact on the tempered glass is high enough to cause it to break, the tempered glass will break into small non-breakable particles, while Ordinary glass will break into relatively large and very dangerous pieces. This case makes tempered glass safer. The hardness is higher than normal glass.
