Their visual and aesthetic dimensions have a direct effect on the beauty of the urban wall and the induction of identity to the city's appearance, and it also enables the view from inside or the area in front of the cafe to the landscape and the surrounding environment. Other human senses such as smell, hearing and of course taste are also affected by the cafe, and in addition to these, one of the most important aspects of these spaces is the psychological aspects and creating a sense of belonging in the audience. Also, cafes have a significant ability to strengthen the social dimension of urban spaces and They are a suitable environment for people to be together. Unfortunately, most of the modern hangouts in Iran's cities are closed coffee shops, and in urban cafes, the power of spaces for social interaction and enhancing the richness of the city has been almost ignored. They have distanced themselves and turned into often unpleasant spaces without the least visual and sensory considerations, which cannot play a proper role in strengthening the social and psychological dimensions of urban spaces.

Considering the gradual decrease of many desirable and ideal features of the urban space in the big cities of Iran, the correct use of cafes as hangouts and increasing their presence in the urban space and preventing their transformation into closed, limited and one-dimensional spaces, It can play an important role in improving the sense of place and improving the quality of urban spaces. In order to achieve the correct use of these cafes, their functional, visual, sensory, psychological and social aspects should be examined and its effective model should be introduced in all dimensions. A space that can add to the beauty and sensory richness of the urban space in the visual and sensory dimension, has an effective role in creating a sense of belonging to the city and encouraging people to gather and increase people's desire for social interaction and being together.
